Project timelines and milestones will be established and communicated to clients. Any change in the project details or timeline will be communicated to the client, along with proposed solutions.

Quality Assurance

Our team is committed to delivering high-quality work that works to meet or exceed our clients expectations and standards. All of our projects will be made sure to have functionality, compatibility, and usability across various devices before being sent to our clients.

Confidentiality and Data Security

We recognize the importance of confidentiality and privacy for or clients. All client information, and project details will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.

Delivering Projects and Receiving Payments

Our clients will receive a brief website preview once a project is complete. If the clients are happy and choose the non-maintenance option, they will receive a file with their website's code shortly after making the agreed-upon payment. The client will be consulted regarding monthly payments and domain details if they choose the maintenance option. Following that, the client will deposit the first month's agreed-upon amount and the agreed-upon design and development charge for their website

We are not able to make any changes to the website unless the client has chosen to pay the monthly maintenance fee. Small adjustments can be requested by clients, but we are unable to guarantee that they will be performed because we are not required to.

To protect our organization from fraud, we only take money prior to our clients obtaining the website. I appreciate your understanding.
